The sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, which is impossible to find. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The gel pen set opens flat to the spine because it is properly section sewn rather than glued. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. No notes.

i have bought the dot grid journal eleven times and the paper has never once changed under the same name. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty secounds. Thank you.

Cheap-ish paperback set of classics for a student. Print is clear, margins deceent, covers don't curl.

Calligraphy beginners' kit with a guide book, practice pad and three pens. I'd never held a brush pen before and managed passable lettering by the third evening. The book is spiral-bound so it stays open on the desk.
