Replacement refills are available and are a standard size rather than a proprietary one - Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The leather pencil case is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted.

I ordered the gel pen set for a gift and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Keep doing what you are doing.

IrelandI am a pen snob
Rollerball with a weighted barrel. Balanced in the hand, no scratchiness. Refills last. I have been through about six brands and this is my favourite.

the index card box arrived within 6, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. The bookbinding kit arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. Delivery took 14, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted. I will be back.

We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Best wishes, Priya

Germanywarm recommendation
Brush pens work well. Tips fray eventually, and I'm a heavy hand.

Francegift idea
bought a set of greeting cards in a box. Designs are pretty. Envelopes could be thicker.
