DenmarkBlødt og lækkert
pllaiden er virkelig blød og kan vaskes på 30 grader uden at miste faconen. Perfekt til sofaen i efteråret. Leveringen tog fire dage uden problemer.

United StatesNothing but good things to say
I asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons. I needed to change the delivery ADDRESS an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Nothing but good things to say.

The mechanical pencil has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saaaved me a trip to a depot.

They sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.

the fountain pen takes a wet fountain pen with no bleed through and no feathering, wich is the only thing I care about. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, whcih is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. A rare good experience.

IndiaNice print, small text
The reference boook i bought is very informative but the font is smaller than i'd like for older eyes. Otherwise a good copy.

Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3.
