ItalyCostruzioni in legno ben rifinite, senza schegge. Mio figlio di tre anni ci gioca ogni giorno.
Thank you Mivo. Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. - the team
United KingdomI have bought the paperback box set eleven times and the paper has never once changed under the same name. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Better than I expected.
MexicoLa planta llegó sana, con tierra bien sujetaa y todo. Ya tiene hojas nuevas.
The leather pencil case arrived within 4, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The wall calendar takes a wet fountain pen with no bleed through and no feathering, which is the only thing I care about.Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Delivery was 2 and it came in a rigid card mailer so nothing was bent. Worth every penny.
United StatesThe sketchbook has a ribbon markeer, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful. They honooured a price I had seen the day before even tho it had gone up. Pleased I took the chance.
ItalyThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than throown in loose. The leather pencil case has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. This is how it should be done!!!
GermanyI ordered the bookbinding kit for a gifft and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The gel pen set has a ribbon marker, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful.
CzechiaSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The mechanical pencil has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.
ItalyThe calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.
ItalyIl biglietto è stato scritto a mano e la fattura non riportava il prezzooo, senza che lo chiedessi.
