United StatesThe ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
United StatesThe gel pen set arrived within 14, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. Exactly as described.
AustraliaThe wall calendar has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.
CanadaThe bookbinding kit takes a wet fountain pen with no bleed through and no feathering, which is the only thing i care about. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which i had asked about before ordering.
FranceThe sketchbook has a ribbon marker, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Exactly what I hoped for.
Italyil distributore automatico di crocchette per la mia gatta funziona benissimo. Programmarlo e facile lol
IrelandI asked which of three papers suited a broad italic nib and got a genuinely useful answer with rasons. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.
United KingdomSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Would buy again tomorrow.
FranceThe box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. I have refilled the hardback notebook for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed.
United StatesThe leather pencil case has a ribbon marker, an elastic closure and a back pocket, and all three are actually useful. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Genuinely pleased.
