United Kingdomthe archival photo album has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. they honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had goone up. The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, wich is impossible to find. Shall be a regular
IndiaSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. The paperback box set opens flat to the spine because it is properly section sewn rather than glued. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come loose. Exactly as described.
IndiaThe pencil caaaase is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come loose.Tracking updated properly at each scaaan instead of sitting on in transit for 7.
United Arab EmiratesThe mechanical pencil has numbered pages & an index at the front, which saves me building one. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.
South AfricaThe nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Will order again.
United StatesSupport replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 7. The index card box is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear.
IrelandThey state the paper weigght in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.
United StatesThe desk pad is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Worth every penny.
United StatesRing binder with a stiff mecahnism. I'll use it for old receipts.
United KingdomReplacement refills are available and are a standard size rather than a proprietary one. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I will be back.
