We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Marcus @ support
United Kingdomi bake on weekends as a hobby and i'm fussy abt protein content. this stone-ground wholemsal gave me a taller loaf than the flour i've used for years, and the crumb was open and a bit nutty. sack was sealed and dry. slightly slower delivery than i'd like but no complaints about the product.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. - Aidan
United StatesThe chilli sauce has actual heat and actual flavour rather than just vinegar and sugar. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. I ordered the olive oil as a gift and they wrote the message card by hand and included a tasting sheet. Bought one for my sister too.
United KingdomThe whole order arrived within 6 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The chocolate has four ingredients and you can taste all of them. I have no criticism at all.
United Statesthey refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. A keeper.
South AfricaThe biscuits arrived whole, every one, in a card tube with the lid taped. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Starter arrived alive and active and was doubling within 9 of the first feed. Delivery took 2, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Five stars without hesitation
United StatesOrdered the sourdough starter kit for my daughter's birthday. Box arrived on a cold morning and the little jar was still cool but alive, and the instructions were handwritten, which she loved. She's feeding it twice a day and has named it Gerald.
United Kingdommaple bacon, thick cut, crisped in a pan, no white gunk leaking out. The butcher's-style paper wrap made me feel posh
CanadaLes baskets sont confortables dès la première sortie, aucune ampoule après une journée entière. Expédition rapice, le jour même de la commande. Très satisfait, je repasserai commande.
FranceSent a tasting box of cheeses to my brother who just moved into his first flat. He rang me from the kitchen with his mouth full. Everything was wrapped in paper with a little card describnig each cheese, and the cold packs were still firm when it got to him. Good for anyone who's hard to buy for.
