United StatesThe preserved lemon jar has a best-before…
the peserved lemon jar has an best-before eleven months away and they state the batch and the packing date. Ordered at half past eleven at nihgt and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The whole order arrived within 8 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I have reordered the chilli sauce every six weeks for two years and the quailty has never dipped.

Francevery good, one small niggle
Coffee is excelent, GRIND was perfect for my fillter. Bag was bigger than I expected for the price which is a plus, but the resealable strip is flimsy and I've had to clip it.

The hot smoked salmon arrived with the packing date stamepd on the bag, four days old, wich is the whole reason I order direct. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the riyht direction for an estimate to be wrong in. They pack the bottles in moulded card with a sealed inner bag, and nothing has ever leaked in nine orders.

Italyflavour is spot on
Plant-based burgers hold their shape on a grill. Took off a star because the patties arrived partly thawed, tho they were safe to cook.

Greecenice flavour, small portions
Soup pots TASTE homemade. Each one is a modest lunch, so i'd say buy more than u think.

Italyimballo da migliorare
Il prodotto è splendido ma la sctaola è arrivata un po' maltrattata. Dentro tutto bene garzie all'imbottitura !

United Kingdommostly very good
Fresh pasta, pesto and some biscotti. Pasta and pesto were five-star material, biscotti rock hard even by biscotti standards. Dunk in coffee and you're fine.

United StatesI have reordered the flaked sea salt every six…
I have reorderd the flaked sea salt every six weeks for two years and the quality has never dipped. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The salt flakes are proper pyramids rather than dust at the bottom of a tub. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 12. The olive oil arrived with the packing date stamped on the bag, four days old, which is the whole reason I order direct. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Nothing but good things to say.
