Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. - Aidan

New Zealandloved the sample extras
They tcukdd tree tiny packets of tea in with my order. One of them is now my regular. That's clever marketing & im happy to be marketed to when it works like this.

SwitzerlandExactly as DESCRIBED
The biscuits arrived whole, every one, in a card tube with the lid taped. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weeked rather than letting me hope. The hot smoked salmon suits a drip filter and an espresso basket equally, which they said and I doubted. Exactly as described.

United StatesThe preserved lemon jar has a best-before…
the peserved lemon jar has an best-before eleven months away and they state the batch and the packing date. Ordered at half past eleven at nihgt and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The whole order arrived within 8 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I have reordered the chilli sauce every six weeks for two years and the quailty has never dipped.

Francevery good, one small niggle
Coffee is excelent, GRIND was perfect for my fillter. Bag was bigger than I expected for the price which is a plus, but the resealable strip is flimsy and I've had to clip it.

IrelandThe hot smoked salmon arrived with the packing…
The hot smoked salmon arrived with the packing date stamepd on the bag, four days old, wich is the whole reason I order direct. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the riyht direction for an estimate to be wrong in. They pack the bottles in moulded card with a sealed inner bag, and nothing has ever leaked in nine orders.

SingaporeI was sceptical
My husband subscribed me to a meal kit as a joke about my cooking. Turns out I can follow a recipe when theee measurements are in labelled bags. Cooked six dinners last week and nobody complained. The portions fed us with a bit left for lunch.

SwitzerlandRecommended to two friends already
The spice box is ground fresh; you can smell the difference the moment the lid comes off. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in lose. Recommended to two friends already.

Jeg skrev til kundeservice fordi jeg hadde oppgitt feil adresse, og fikk svar i løpet av en time... De rettet det før pakken ble sendt. Sjelden å oppleve så ryddig håndtering. Pakken kom to dager senere akkurat som beskrevet..
