The monthly performance call has a critical bug we reported eight months ago that is still open. The API regularly shows different numbers in two places in the same interface. The strategy document was clearly a template with our company name substituted in. Onboarding was quoted at three weeks and we were still not live after 7. Avoid for anything business-critical.
