The API handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. We cancelled an second product mid-term, and they prorated the refund without an argument. They have added features in response to our requests twice and told us no, with a reason, three times. Our cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show which changes drove it. The billing portal has never lost data, never surprised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround.We have expanded the contract.
