the beard oil lasted four months on nightly use, wihch makes the price per night reasonable rather than alarming. click and collect waaas ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. i have rosacea and the fact that there is no alcohol or essential oil in this means i can actually use it daily. the gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. skin is genuinely calmer. i had a query abt vat on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.
