GreeceThe cleanser removes a full face without needing a second wash, and my skin does not feel stripped afterwards. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Beth from the shop team
Mexicofinally an daily sunscreen without that white cast. i'm quite deep-toned & it blends right in, no grey face in photos.
United KingdomOrder arrived in 9 in a padded paper envelope, fully recyclable, and nothing was crushed. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The lip balm is unscented and does not sting the skin around my eyes, which rules out almost everything else on the market. Faultless.
United StatesArrived in two days, nicely wrapped.
United KingdomThey took payment and then emailed 6 later to say the item had been out of stock the whole time. Order was cancelled without notice and I found out when the tracking disappeared. Pump never worked at all. After 8 of silence I opened a card dispute, which is the only thing that got a response. Charged twice, refunded once, still chasing the difference after two months.
This was a genuine failure on our side. Your order was never actually in stock and our site said eleven were available. The feed is fixed and you have been refunded with the postage. — Sam, Ecommerce The team
United Kingdomgot the starter skincare routtine for my teen son. He actually uses it,, which is the miracle.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Kind regards, Callum
GermanyDas Ladegerat ist klein, wird nicht heiß und kommt überall mit hin. Die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde auf den Tag genau eingehalten. Der Versuch hat sich gelohnt.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. The team
Germanyseventy-one here. Bought a thick rich cream becuase my skin gets tight and papery in winter. It's comfortable by morning and the jar is easy to open with my arthritic fingers, thank you for thinking of that.

Hey Tamika, We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Warmly, Aidan
