They sent a sample sachet of the richer version free because I had mentioned dry patches in a question. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. I had a reaction to a different brand and they refunded the exfoliating acid liquid unopened withouy asking me to justify it. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Already ordered a second.
