SingaporeThe birthstone ring is heavier in the hand than the pictures suggest in the good way. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. Aidan
Support offered to replace a lost earring from the pair at the single-earring price, which I had not thought to ask. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The engraved pendant arrived with a spare set of silicone backs and the screw-back posts tighten properly. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope.
Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Warmly, Sam
GermanyDer Rucksack ist leicht und hat gepolsterte Träger, mein Sohn trägt ihn ohne Murren. lieferung nach drei Tagen, schön verpackt. sehr zufriedn, ich bestelle wieder!
Hi Tanja, Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. Nina, customer care
CanadaThe small stone dropped out after four days of wear. Can't find it.
Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. Thanks again, Hannah
United KingdomThe ring band is comfortable on the inside edge because it is domed rather than flat. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delivery was signed for, insured and arrived in 5 in plain packaging.
Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. Warmly, Katie
FranceI had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.

CanadaI have bought three things from them now and the finish has been identical on all three. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Shall be a regular.
United StatesNice chain, weak clasp.
GermanyThe silver chain was made to order in three weeks and they sent a photograph before dispatch for approval. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss.
