United KingdomNothing but good things to say
The watch came regulated and with the date set, running, which saved an afternoon. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Nothing but good things to say.

Το προϊόν είναι αποδεκτό, αλλά το χρώμα είναι πιο ξεθωριασμένο από τη φωτογραφία. Η παράδοση κράτησε μια εβδομάδα, περισσότερο απ' ό,τι είπαν.

the pearl necklace arrived with a spare set of silicone backs and the screw-back posts tighten properly. they flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. the stud earring pair does not catch on knitwear becuase the setting sits low and the edges are rounded. support replied in under twenty minutes on a saturday. the bangle has a safety catcch as well as the hinge, which is the only reason i still own it.

The birthstone ring is a lovely colour and the plating has begun to thin at the inside of the band after eight months. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in.

Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens.

the cufflink pair has survived two years of my job, wich involves my hands in water all day. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.

Irelandgood item, long lead time
The finish is lovely and shows fingerprints badly. i had to create an account to return something, which is irritating. A small fix away from five stars.
