The archival photo album writes beautifully; the cap, however, does not post securely on the barrel. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away. Pleased overall, although support took 12 to answer a question about nib widths. The refund took 3 to appear, which is longer than the policy says. Close to excellent.

The desk pad is good quality and curls at the corners in a dry room. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. I would reorder, but the price has risen twice and the paper is now a lighter weight.
