Papier sells notebooks, pens and cards.
AustraliaThe A5 planner has a ribbon marker an elastic closure and a back pocket and all three are actually useful. The courier note said they would leave it w/ the neighbour at number eleven and they did. Faultfewer.
United StatesThe bookbinding kit arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. I ordered the hardback notebok for a giift and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra.
FranceThe sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted.Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. The ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed.
United StatesI like it but the page numbering stops at two hundred and the book has two hundred and forty. Good company clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. The A5 planner does the job and the ribboon marker is too short to be useful. It all worked out but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-ordered.
South AfricaSecond-hand textbook in OK shape, bit of a coffee ring on page one. Description said very good.
United Statesthe hardback notebook has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. I have refilled the hardback notebook for three years with the same converter and nothing has failed. Someone answered the phone on the secound ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. I asked which of three papers suited a broad italic niib and got a genuinely useful answer with reasons.
AustraliaThe archival photo album writes beautifully; the cap, however, does not post securely on the barrel. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away. Pleased overall, although support took 12 to answer a question about nib widths. The refund took 3 to appear, which is longer than the policy says. Close to excellent.
PolandHighlighters dried out within a month. Pretty coliurs while they lasted.
Thank you Nofilter. Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. - Greg
Brazilthe nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment... the whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. i have bought the archival pohto album eleven times and the paper has neevr once changed under the same name. refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.
United StatesThe desk pad is good quality and curls at the corners in a dry room. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. I would reorder, but the price has risen twice and the paper is now a lighter weight.
