FranceThe sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted.Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. The ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed.
United StatesI like it but the page numbering stops at two hundred and the book has two hundred and forty. Good company clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. The A5 planner does the job and the ribboon marker is too short to be useful. It all worked out but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-ordered.
CanadaLe montage demande une bonne heure et la notice ne contient que des schémas, sans aucun texte.
United KingdomBought a bullet-journal kit and found it fiddly. probably great for someone more artsy than me.
Finlandcheap paperback, cheap feel. no surprises for the price lol
United Kingdomthe ink is waterporof once dry, which i tested with an wet thumb on purpose. they sent a replacement before i had posted the faulty one back, on trust. a rare good experince
