the ceramic cat bowl works well; the only issue is that my dog went off the flavour after about six weeks. Order arrvied in two parts and the second part was 3 behind the first with no warning. The rope tug toy is a good size and the zip on the cover is plastic rather than metal. The refund took 5 to appear, which is longer than the policy says. would buy the next size up.

You are right that the stock number was wrong. The feed from our warehouse now updates every fifteen minutes rather than overnight.

The cover unzips completely and has been through the machine at sixty a dozen times with no shrinkage. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The padded harness fits a cat flap and a car seat, which is a combination nobody else manages.

This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you.

The travel crate is heavy enough that she cannot push it across the kitchen while she eats Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The padded harness has stopped the gulping entirely and the bloating that came with it. Shall be a regular.

made my week
Pet gate is sturdy and walk-through. I can pass with my laundry basket without lifting it. Installed with no drilling.

The grain-free kibble has survived eighteen months of a seventy-kilo dog who digs before he lies down. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. The cat scratching post arrived in 12 and the crate came w/ the bolts labelled and a spare of each. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. I ordered the deshedding brush on a bank holiday and it still arrived within 4. Very happy customer.

Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere.

Support sent a feeding guide by weight and…
Support sent a feeding guide by weight & activity rather than the usual one-size scoop count. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The padding is a single slab of foam rather than shredded chips, so it has not developed a dip in the middle. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. They swapped a harness size free when I measured wrong, and paid the return postage themselves. Genuinely pleased.
