i have fed the litter tray for two years and the recipe has not quietly changed under the same packaging. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. They include a short sheet on introducing the harness over a week rather than expecting the dog to accept it on day one. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

United Statesvery nice bed
Orthopaedic bed for my old collie, who is fourteen and creaky. She sleeps on it all night now, no more pacing.

the kibble made both dogs ill within two days and the shop blamed a transition I had done over a fortnight. Half the order was missing and the dispatch note lists it all as sent. I recieved a damaged item, posted it back as instructed, and they say it never arrived. The returns address they gave me was worng and the parcel came back to me at my own cost. Harness sizing chart is wrong by a full size and they refused the return as worn. A replacement was promised in writing and never sent.

You are right that the description was wrong. The listing said solid silver and the item is plated. The page has been corrected and every order on that line is being refunded in full. — Elena, Buying - the team

The rope tug toy has been through a house move, two cats and a flood and is still the best thing in the house. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.
