the kibble made both dogs ill within two days and the shop blamed a transition I had done over a fortnight. Half the order was missing and the dispatch note lists it all as sent. I recieved a damaged item, posted it back as instructed, and they say it never arrived. The returns address they gave me was worng and the parcel came back to me at my own cost. Harness sizing chart is wrong by a full size and they refused the return as worn. A replacement was promised in writing and never sent.
