Cat eats it, no stomach drama. Bag zipper doesnt close all the way, so I clip it.

Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. Best wishes, Ellie

The padded harness is excellent but the cover is a very tight fit and getting it back on is a two-person job. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it. The cat scratching post is good and the instructions for assembly are diagrams only. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appearec.

Happy with it, but the bed is noticeably smaller than the stated dimensions once the cover is on. Everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Worth it on balance.

AustriaI have no criticism at all
The cover unzips completely and has been thru the machine at sixty a dozen times with no shrinkage. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shoppinf usually is not. i have no criticism at all.

The cat scratching post arrived prompptly, with one of the two bowls slightly out of round so it rocks. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away. The cat scratching post has held up well & the colour has faded a lot in sunlight. .

You are right that the stock number was wrong. The feed from our warehouse now updates every fifteen minutes rather than overnight. - Anna
