good headset

Comfortable over a long session and the mic is clear. The ear cushions got a little warm after three hours. Otherwise I'm happy with it and my team can hear me properly now.

my dad's hearing

i ordered a pair of amplified headphones for the television for my dad. The first pair we received had a crackle in one ear, so I wrote to the shop, expecting a fight. Instead they apologised, shipped a replacement before the faulty one even came back, and included a shhort note about checking the volume balance. The second pair are clean and clear and he loves them. Four stars rather than five only because of the initial fault.
