United Statesi ordered a pinter ink pack and a replacement cable. The ink arrived as described and prints well. The cable was the wrong connector for my model even tho I chose it from the compatibility list. I sent a message they told me the list was missing a variant and asked me to return it. The return was easy but I was out of pocket for the postage back and had to buy elsewhere. Meh !
