first router had a faulty port. Contacted the shop, they sent a replacement and a return label without questions. The second one has run flawlessly. Taking one star off for the hassle, though the service was good.

The mechanical keyboard has survived two toddlers, an cat and a cup of tea. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an esttimate to be worng in. Honestly surprised at this price. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. Battery life is better than claimed, which I have never once been able to say about a gadget.

I like it, though the status light is bright enough to read by at night and cannot be dimmed. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. I would check the sizing first.

Spaindecent for exam season
Bought a second monitor for studying and for my sister's coding classes. the panel is bright, the stand is simple but robust, and the cable included was long enough for my desk arrangement. the speakers built in are tinny, so I use my own. I lost a star because the box arrived crushed at one corner, although the contents were fine. support apologised when I mentioned it, which was nice.

Germanygood keyboard,loud case
Typing feels crisp and the backlight is even. The only reason for four stars is the plastic case flexes slightly if you press the middle hard. Arrived on time and packed well....

The e-reader is lovely and the page turn has a slight lag that I notice on long bokos. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I orderd and they would not adjust it. The soundbar arrived in 14 and one of the two included tips was the wrong size. Good service once I got throuuugh but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon.
