short lifespan

Keyboard felt great at first. Then two keys started double typing after about a month. I cleaned under the caps, nothing changed. Support suggested a firmware reset, no help either. A refund was eventually granted, but I'd hoped for a longer life from something at this price.

Listing said a barided cable but what I got was plain rubber. It works, I suppose, but it isn't what I paid for. Didn't bother returning it.

support slow

The power bank arrived with a cracked corner and wouldnt hold a charge beyond forty percent. I sent phots the same day and then heard nothing for six days. Eventually they offered a replacement, wich came fine, but the wait was frustratig when I needed it for a trip. The replacement works well, so im giving two stars for the lost time more than the product

not for me

Bought a secound-hand style refurbished phone for my son. The battery health was much lower than the description implied, lasting barely half a day, and there was a faint scratch across the screen that wasnt mentioned. I returned it and the shop handled it fairly,, but I had to pay my own return shipping. Won't try again.
