New ZealandEverything was packed in card with no plastic film, and the manual is a proper printed booklet. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.
Mexicoi run a small podcast from a spare room and needed a proper microphone without wiring up a mixer. This one plugs straight into the computer, the pickup pattern cuts most of the neighbour's lawnmower, and the pop filter in the box actually works. Shipping was quick and the box had foam inserts. i record two episodes a week and the gain knob has stayed in the same spot, so levels are consistent. i tested it against a more expensive one that a friend owns and honestly could not pick which was which in a blind listen.
United StatesThe mechanical keyboard has a lovely thud to it. I went with the quieter switches because I share a room with my brother. He hasn't complained once, which is a win.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. - Katie (support)
United StatesBuilt a small home server around a mini PC. Fan noise is minimal, it idles at a handful of watts, and the listing was accurate about the ports. One mounting screw was missing from the bag, I emailed and a replacement arrived within the week without any argument. Idle temperatures sit around forty degrees and it has run for five weeks without a restart. A really good base for the price and size.
United KingdomWe needed a projector for the kids' movie nights in the back room. The picture is bright enough with curtains drawn and the fan is quieter than my old one. The seller's advice about throw distance saved me from buying the wrong lens, and the ceiling mount fits well. The kids now take turns choosing films, and last weekend we did a whole outdoor screening on a bedsheet in the garden, which went down a storm with the neighbours.
Austriafirmware updates have added features over two years rather than quietly removing them. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file ratheer than telling me to turn it off and on again. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Already ordered a second.
CanadaI'm picky about cables since cheap ones fray at the connector. These braided ones have proper strain relief, and the fast charging rating held up when I tested with a meter. I ordered three more lengths for the car and office.
United KingdomHeadphones are comfy for long calls. I wear glasses and there's no pressure on the arms. Mic picks me up clearly according to colleagues.
United StatesPluvged in, done.
United KingdomCase clicked right on.
