The invoice was attached to…
support replaced a cracked buckle out of warranty because they agreed it should not have cracked, The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Reflective detail is in sensible places rather than one token strip on the back of the collar. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The dumbbells change weight in two seconds and have not droppped a plate in a year of use. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated !

senior's first pair of poles
i'm seventy-three & my doctor encouraged me to walk further. i wasn't sure about poles, thought they were for show-offs. the shop suggested a lightweight pair, showed me how to set the height in a short video and sent a leafelt with a few warm-up stretches. after three weeks i'm walking five kilometres daily, and my hips feel steadier. the wrist straps are padded and soft. lovely service !

The adjustable dumbbell pair has proper…
The adjustable dumbbell pair has proper articulated knees so it does not ride up when you scramble. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The down is traceable and the fill power is stated and verified, with the certificate number on the label. Worth every penny.

I am very sorry. Your parcel was scanned at the wrong depot and sat there for a fortnight. A replacement went out today by courier and we have refunded the postage. — Priya, Customer Care

They sized the helmet by actual head circumference and it fits without the pads shifting on a descent. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I have put the gym bag through a season of club training and the stitching at the stress points has not moved.

de bank is veel kleiner en harder dan ik dacht. Terugsturen kostte moeite, geld terug kwam pas na drie weken :)

late and cresaed
The yoga mat arrived about a week late and badly creased from the packaging. It flattened after a day under books. Quality is acceptable, grips okay.

decent skates
Inline skates for my twelve-year-old with adjustable sizing that will grow with him. He rolled around the car park for hours and the brake works. Wheels are smooth. Buckles are easy to use and the liner is cimfortable.

ordered for my dad
Bought a pair of fishing waders for my dad's birthday. He wore them straight into the river and reported back that nothing leaked. Boots fit his size well.
