CanadaNothing rattled in transit because…
Zips are chunky and double-ended and they have not jammed once in a winter of use. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose.

I am sorry about the duplicate charge. Our payment provider was retrying failed authorisations and double-capturing. It is fixed and your second charge was reversed on Tuesday. — Alex, Finance Regards, Dan

United Statespump leaks
Floor pump never reached the pressure on its own gauge, and the hose leaks at the head. Spent more time fiddling than pumping. Refund was fine.

I am sorry you had to chase this for seven weeks. Your emails were landing in a shared inbox that nobody owned after a staff change. The refund is paid and the inbox now has a named owner. — Marta, Customer Service Lead

Irelandsleek bottle
Insulated BOTTLE kept my tea hot for almost eight hours in the cold. The lid thread is a little stiff at first. id buy another in a bigger size.

Francefine, but no dispatch email
Comfortable, but the heel collar needed about fifty kilometres before it stopped nipping. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount off it for one small thing. Happy overall, but delivery took 6 and I missed the weekend I bought it for. Not perfect, but good.

United Kingdomcosy hammock
Hammock with straps hung between two trees in under two minutes. Fabric is smooth and breathable, and it supported me and my dog for an afternoon nap. Straps do not sag.

Gloves are warm without being bulky I can still work my zip and phone. Wrist straps are secure. Wore them in minus twelve and my fingers stayed comfy all afternoon.
