Our data was shared with a subprocessor that was not listed in the agreement. Our contract auto-renewed for a further year three days before I sent the cancellation. We were invoiced for a tier we had never agreed to and it took 4 to correct. We were sold a dedicated account manager and have had five in eight months. Avoid for anything business-critical.
