Best decision we made this year

Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. Nothing to improve from our side. Best decision we made this year.

Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Marcus

Libros bien cuidados

llegaron los tres libros con las pastas impecables, nada de dobleces. Bien empacados con cartón.

liked it

Creative team is the standout. Reporting could have a bit more narrative.

They have earned the renewal

They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. the client portal gives me the one number my board asks about without me having to build a slide. The monthly performance call handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. they have earned the renewal.

Smooth handover

They took over from the previous agency and had every account, tag and spreadsheet inventoried within a week.

Osvědčilo se

Granule pro kočku, sežrala hned, zatímco ty předchozí tejdny odmítala. Objednala jsem hned větší balení.

Lidt skuffet

Pudebetrækkene er okay, men syningen er skæv på det ene. jeg skrev til kundeservice og fik svar, men først efter nogle dage, og ingen løsning. Beholdt dem til sidst.

You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. Aidan @ support
