Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Marcus

Libros bien cuidados

llegaron los tres libros con las pastas impecables, nada de dobleces. Bien empacados con cartón.

liked it

Creative team is the standout. Reporting could have a bit more narrative.

Competent and kind

I've worked w/ louder agencies. This one is quieter and, month to month, more useful.

The monthly performance call is a real…

The monthly performance call is a real improvement on what we had, with a reporting delay of about forty-eight hours. Support is knowledgeable and only available in one time zone, which hurts our US team. The reporting dashboard does what we need, although building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. Happy, not evangelical.

Sorry the second half of your order came separately. We now hold orders until everything is in stock unless you ask us not to. Kind regards, Maya

Would recommend with one caveat

Be specific on scope early. We assumed email was included and it wasn't, so we added it. No hard feelings, but read the proposal carefully.

Thank you for the four stars and for telling us why it was not five. That is the useful part. - Hannah (support)

Quality work

Landing pages convert better than ours ever did. Rveisions limited to two rounds, which is fine until you have a picky boss.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. Kind regards, Greg
