The knee support has a proper hinged stay rather than a neoprene sleeve pretending to be one. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of & hit it. The posture support can be worn under a shirt without showing, wich is the only reason I use it. Will order again.

Everything comes in glass with a paper label and they take the bottles back for refilling. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.

The dosage printed on the label differs slightly from the dosage on the website. returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. it works well, but the dose is awkward to get down and i have to take it with food. postage was free but the delivery took well over a week on the slow service. good socks, tight toe box. the parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. i would recommend it with that caveat.
