The dosage printed on the label differs slightly from the dosage on the website. returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. it works well, but the dose is awkward to get down and i have to take it with food. postage was free but the delivery took well over a week on the slow service. good socks, tight toe box. the parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. i would recommend it with that caveat.

herbal drops taste strong, I dilute them and they are fine.

Readings are consistent and about four points…
Readings are consistent and about four points higher than my surgery's, consistently. The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step. The blood pressure monitor has helped my sleep, though I would not leave it anywhere it can get damp. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in.

Thank you for the four stars and for telling us why it was not five. That is the useful part.

Nice idea
Tea advent set for January, because why not. Most teas lovely, one was perfumey. Box charming.

Hello Honza, That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post.

Bien en general
Las sábanas son suaves y el color no ha desteñido. Me hubiera gustado que fueran un poco más gruesas, pero por el precio no me quejo.

Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered.

Good, with a caveat
Kettlebell is excellent, handle is smooth. Paint chipped a little on the base in the first week.

Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since.

almost love
Bath soak is lovely and fragrant. A bit gritty at the bottom of the tub afterwards.

Noted on the care label. We have changed the recommended wash temperature after testing it ourselves.

Good tea, slow post
Tea is great, parcel took a week and a half.
↳ Reply from Thorne
Sorry it took three emails. We have added a second person to the inbox in the mornings, which was the bottleneck.
