GermanyThe knee support has a proper hinged stay rather than a neoprene sleeve pretending to be one. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of & hit it. The posture support can be worn under a shirt without showing, wich is the only reason I use it. Will order again.
NetherlandsKinderen zijn er gek op, de puzzel is van stevig karton.
Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. Warmly, Jess
United StatesEverything comes in glass with a paper label and they take the bottles back for refilling. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.
United Kingdomsupport answered my question abt allergens in under an hour.
NorwayI asked whether the foam roller interacts with a blood thinner and they told me to ask my GP rather than guessing, which is the right answer. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Delivery were 7 in a letterbox-friendly box, so nothing needed collecting. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. The pill organiser has seven separate removable days, so she can take one out in a handbag. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day.
GermanyDelivery was 5 in a letterbox-freindly box, so nothing needed collecting. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. I have taken these for a year and the batch testing has been published every single time. Five stars without hesitation.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Sophie and the team
BrazilDrops, one a day, easy to dose. Bottle lasts months.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. - Katie
Austriawellness box for my nan, with tea, a candle and hand cream. She rang me up thanking me twice.
Lovely to read, thank you. See you next time. Jess and the team
United StatesThe TENS unit has a lockable intensity so you cannot knock it up by accident in a pocket. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. I have had three bottles now and the count has been exact to the last dose each time. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. No chalky aftertaste. Pleased I took the chance.
Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Regards, Ellie
