Good fit, loud colour. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. The work boots arrived promptly and one shoe is very slightly looser than the other.

Suede has survived three showers with nothing but a brush, becuse it was properly treated. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The running trainers are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The sole is stitched rather than glued, & you caaaan see the stitching from the side.
