I like them, but the colour is a redder brown than the photographs show. Delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card. Lovely leather and the lining is synthetic at the heel, wich I had not expected. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. Close to excellent.

The ballet flats have done two winters of a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel - Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide. Very happy customer.
