good fit, loud colour

Good fit, loud colour. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. The work boots arrived promptly and one shoe is very slightly looser than the other.

Thanks for your patience on the refund. Our processing now runs daily rather than weekly. Kind regards, Anna

Does the job, but the tongue slides sideways…

does the job, but the tongue slides sideways after an hour of walking. Tracking said out for delievery for two days running before anything appeared. Nice flats, no arch support. Good, not grate.

I like them, but the colour is a redder brown…

I like them, but the colour is a redder brown than the photographs show. Delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card. Lovely leather and the lining is synthetic at the heel, wich I had not expected. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. Close to excellent.

Delivery delay

Boots are nice, but the parcel was stuck for a week. Contacted support, got a polite reply, nothing more. I would order again if I wasn't in a hurry.

Sole came unglued

Wore them for a month and the toe sole began to lift. Support offered to repair, which is decent. I'm waiting to see how it goes.
