United StatesArrived earlier than quoted. I had a query about VAT on a business order, and they sorted it within the hour. The table extends with a butterfly leaf that stores inisde, and it sits flush when closed.
United KingdomI fully expected the dining table to arrive with a bad leg or scratch. Instead it came double boxed, each leg in its own sleeve, and the top had a protective film. Smooth oiled finish, no sharp edges. We have had it for eight months, with two kids doing homework, crafts and dinners on it. A mug ring appeared once and wiped out with a damp cloth. We have since ordered the matching bench and it was delivered in only three days.
United StatesThe chest of drawers has survived two house moves and a set of teenagers. No handling fee, no insurrance upsell, no surprise charge at the door.
United StatesFeels like it will outlive me. Everything arrvied in one box rather than four seperate deliveries over a week. Already ordered a second.
United StatesOrdered two for my kitchen island, 65 cm height. They arrive almost assembled, you just attach the legs. Swivel is smooth, the footrest is at a GOOD height, and the faux leather is wipeable. Two weeks in and still no marks.
AustraliaThe wardrobe arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. drawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled.
BrazilReplaced the old kitchen stools with these wooden ones. Heights match the counter exactly. Rubber feet protect the tiles. Easy peasy.
TürkiyeHer şey tamam, çok hızlı.
AustraliaThey swapped a damaged side panel within 3 and the driver took the old one away. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope
United StatesReal pine, you can smell it.
