Greecemissing parts again
Two screws for the headboard were absent from the bag. I messaged and they sent them with a handwritten note after a week. The headboard looks nice, the whole thing took too long to sort out.

The armchair is lovely in the corner but sitting in it for more than half an hour hurts my lower back. The foam is firm, almost hard. Probably fine as an occasional seat. Delivery was friendly and quick.
