Cushion covers unzip and have been washed twice with no shrinkage or colour loss. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Hinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three planes, so the doors line up perfectly. No notes.

Before ordering i asked if i could see the grain of an particular dark walnut finish. They posted a sample card at no charge and it arrived in two days. I ordered a TV unit and a matching shelf the next evening. Both turned up in one delivery in tidy boxes, with a printed assembly guide and an extra bag of screws. The finsih looks as rich as the sample, the doors close with a gentle push and the cables run through a neat gap. My only job was to wipe off a bit of dust. I have recommended this shop to my brother, who needs a bed.

Irelanda chair that fixed my job
I design for a living, so I spend long hours seated. Over the years I have burned through cheap chairs and a few expensive ones. This one has a seat that tilts, adjustable lumbar, a breathable back, and enough range for my tall frame. I measured myself carefully against thier size chart and emailed a question about leg length. A proper reply came back within a day. The chair arrived boxed, took fifteen minutes to build and has been a joy. I stand up less sore.

The floating shelf took ten minutes to hang. The hidden bracket are hefty steel and takes the weight of a large PLANT. Level, too, which is more than I can say for my own work.

Support sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. i have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, wich is the highest compliment I can pay. the delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging away and did not leave a mark on the hall.
