NetherlandsBought a two seater sofa bed for the sparee room expecting a back-breaker. My mother in law stayed for a week and said it was better than her own bed at home. The mechanism folds out with one pull and the mattress is thick foam. It was delivered by two men who carried it up three flights without complaint.
BrazilMontei o arranhador no domingo e ela não desce mais de cima.
United KingdomA pair each with a drawer and a cupboard. The drawer glides the colour is a calm oak. Delivery was within two working days.
United KingdomThe wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Five stars without hesitation.
CzechiaObjednávám tu už dva roky a vždycky je to stejně dobré, tak konečně napíšu víc. Naposledy jsem bral sadu hrnců a dvě utěrky. Hrnce mají tlusté dno, poklice dobře těsní a uši nepálí.
NetherlandsI had to return the first stool because it was an inch too low for my counter. The staff arranged collection, refunded quickly and told me which taller model to try. The second was spot on. It's rare to find that level of care.
Thanks Niels! Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Warmly, Nina
ItalyAsciugamani spessi che assorbono bene. Dopo tre lavaggi non perdono pelucchi.
GermanyPlain and simple, the bed are super. King size, solid pine, headboard with slats. The delivery crew phoned HALF an hour ahead wich let me nip back from work. Put it together with my partner in under ninety minutes and we slept on it that night.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Kind regards, Nina
Francele service client m'a répondu en moins d'une heure et a réglé mon problème de taille sans discuter.
BelgiumHinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three planes, so the doors line up perfectly. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
