United Kingdomconsole table, black metal legs & a wooden top, after eight weeks it still looks like it did on the first day. passed the wobble test for me.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. - Maya (support)
United KingdomArrived earlier than quoted. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3. The oak dining table is solid oak throughout rather than veneer on chipboard, and the end grain proves it.
Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there. Priya, customer care
PhilippinesFeels like it will outlive me. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. Worth every penny.
FranceWe furnished a spare room with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers from this shop. Mostly happy: the bed and wardrobe were top notch, the chest of drawers had a slightly off-centre handle which I realigned. The delivery was split over two days, which was a little annoying but the drivers were nice. Instructions for the bed were the best I have seen, with clear photos. The wardrobe took two of us two hours. Smells of fresh wood, no chemical odour. The spare room looks like a real guest room now and my in-laws were impressed. I would buy again, and I would ask about delivery in one go next time.
United KingdomI measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the armchair is ninety-three, exactly as stated. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering.
United StatesThe dining bench is nicely made and fiits under the table. There was a tiny chip at the bottom of one leg which i touched up. Delivery driver didn't offer to bring it inside, he left it at the door. Still a good bench for the price !
United KingdomSmall console table for the hallway, 80 cm wide, with a drawer. Colour is a shaade darker than pictured. Happy with it.
Hi Megan - Thank you. If you ever need the care instructions again they are on our site under Care.
New ZealandThe extending dining set took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, wich saved me an trip to a depot. The finish on the sideboard is an oil rather than a lacquer, so the mug ring my son left sanded out in five minutes. Very happy customer.
SwedenThe caibnet looks wonderful, solid, with rounded corners.Steps eight and nine of the instructions were confusing and I put a paenl on the worng way round. I fixed it. The support team did reply to my question within a day and apologised.
United StatesThe solid wood bedside table is superb, with smooth drawers and dovetail joints. The box looked like it had been dropped from a height though, and one corner was crushed. Luckily the table was untouched. I mention it because they should use stronger cartons.
