The link building programme is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. Good partner overall, though the first two months were slower than we expected. The API gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual. The onboarding process has occasional data gaps that resolve themselves within a day, which undermines trust slightly. The reporting dashboard has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Four stars, close to five.

permissions are all or nothing

The link building programme has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum, which we felt on month two. Fair value for what we use.

api needs better docs

No complaints about the work, but the invocies arrive w/ line items that do not match the contract wording. Good partner overall, though the first two months were slower than we expected. We have asked for two changes.

Positive overall

We had a rocky second month when our tracking broke and numbers looked dreadful, but they traced it, explained it calmly and rebuilt the reports. That handling earned a fourth star.

price jump to the next tier

Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum, wich we felt on month two. We get value from it, but we only use about a third of what we pay for. We will see how the next quarter goes.
