The audit found eleven issues ranked by impact with effort estimates, & our developers could act on it directly. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. Our team actually likes using it. Worth the retainer.

The link building programme has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. Our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the month, every month, without a reminder. Would onboard with them again tomorrow tbh

Our cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show which changes drove it. The API has sensible defaults, so it was useful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration. Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. I would buy this again at twice the price. Best decision we made this year.

billing is a single invoice with the line items matcihng the cooontract, which sounds trivial and is not. our team actually likes using it.

The monhtly performance call has improved alot in a year & still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart . The billing portal does the job and the alerting is noisy enough that people have started ignoring it.
