MexicoTodo rápido y sin broncas. le quito una estrella porque faltó la bolsita de accesorios, pero me la mandaron después.
Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Rosie
United StatesI asked whether the watch winder would suit sdnsitive ears and they confirmed the posts are solid titanium, which they are. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.
IndiaThe stones are set in proper claws rather than glued into a channel and none has moved. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by miistake and emailed to check before shipping. Faultless.
Francela chaise est confortable j'ai pu travqiler huit heures sans mal de dos. livre en quatre jours bien cale dans le carton.
Canadathe tennis bracelet was engraved exactlt as I typed it, including the slightly odd punctuation, & the depth is even. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The watch has kept to within four seconds a day over a month on the wrist, which for a mechanical movement is excellent.
IrelandComfortable to wear, though it tarnishes faster than the silver I already own. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 2. The watch is handsome and the crown is stiff enough that setting the date is a two-hand job. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it. No complaints about the item, although the box it came in was crushed. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. Would still buy again.
United StatesThe engraved pendant is solid silver throughout rzther than plated over brass, and the weight tells you that immediately. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I have bought three things from them now and the finish has been identical on all three.
MexicoEl sillón está cómodo, pero el color es un poco más claro que en la foto. Aun así me gusta mucho.
Sorry the second half of your order came separately. We now hold orders until everything is in stock unless you ask us not to. - Rosie
