The leather watch strap came with the hallmark, a certificate and the weight in grams, so I know exactly what I bought. Delivery was free over a sensible threshooold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Delivery was signed for, insured and arrived in 2 in plain packaging. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.

Their photographs are honest; the colour of the stone is exactly what turned up. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. The clasp on the chain is a proper bolt ring with a soldered jump ring rather than a bent loop. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The leather watch strap is solid silver throughout rather than plated over brass, and the weight tells you that immediately. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking.

The ring band is comfortable on the inside edge because it is domed rather than flat. i had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. they repaired a clasp i had broken myself for the cost of the postage.

Canadaright in every way but one
The stones are well set and one is a visibly different shade from the others. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles away. I like it, but the sizing runs small and I needed a half size up from my usual. I woudl ORDER again, cautiously!!!!
