United Kingdomdecent bag
Changing bag with insulated bottle pockets and a pad. Plenty of room and lots of pockets, but the strap digs into my shoulder once it's loaded. A softer strap would make it ideal.

SwedenExactly what I hoped for
the nappy bag has a wipe-clean LINING and a changing mat that fits back in without a fight. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Exactly what I hoped for !

Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Callum

The baby carrier has a tog rating stated and a room temperature guide printed on the label itself. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss.

The wooden stacking block set is solid wood with an water-bsed finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, wich I had asked about before ordering. Nothing to complain about haha

good gifts, plain wrapping
I ordered three soft toys for three cousins. They arrived in reasonable time and each is well stitched. Colours are slightly more muted than in the pictures, which I'd say is a fair trade for avoiding harsh dyes. Wrapping was functional only, so I wrapped them myself. The kids don't mind.

Indiadecent, needs a tweak
the ride-on toy does the job and the fabric is noisy enough to wake a light seleper when you move her.Delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected.

The lightweight pushchair has a tog rating stated and a room temperature guide printed on the label itself. The item arrived a day earlier thaan the estimate, wich is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The lightweight pushchair came with the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. Bought one for my sister too.

Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Sophie @ support
