United StatesNursing chair arrvied in two cartons. Assembly took a while, but the result is solid, comfortable and gentle to rock. the fabric collects fluff, so I keep a lint roller hajdy. it's wonderful for night feeds, and my back doesnt complain. the only thing that bothered me is that the delivery driver left the cartons outside the door rather than inside, but the shop apologised.
ItalyI have used the cot mattress for two babies and the straps still adjust smoothly with no fraying. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Delivery was 2 and the box was PLAIN, which mattered because it was a surprise for a BABY shower. Already ordered a second

United KingdomI bought a second the cot mattress for the grandparents because the first has been so good. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. spare parts are available for the pushchair including the specific wheel bearing that always goes. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. the cot mattress has survived a nursery a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new. the driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before.
United KingdomMy daughter turned two and developed strong opinions about cutlery, so I bought a toddler cutlery set with soft handles. She uses it nicely and it's easy for small hands. The spoon bowl is a bit deep for yoghurt, and food gets stuck. I contacted the shop and they said it's designed that way, so I use a different one for runny stuff. The fork is perfect. Delivery was quick and everything was safely packaged. I'm basically happy.

United KingdomThe cot mattress has no loose parts, no small magnets & no paint that comes off in a mouth. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Blocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. Thank you.
